Starting Again After Divorce
Divorce is a huge life change, and while there is plenty of advice about getting through the legal and financial side, there's much less about what happens afterwards.
How do you rebuild your confidence? How do you get used to making decisions on your own? And how do you work out what you want when the future looks completely different from the one you'd imagined?
My Starting Again coaching programme is designed for women who are ready to explore those questions and begin creating a life that feels right for them.
Does any of this sound familiar?
You might recognise some of these feelings:
Your confidence has taken a knock and you're second-guessing yourself.
You've spent so long being part of a couple that you're not entirely sure who you are on your own.
You know you want things to change, but you're unsure where to begin.
You're worried about making the wrong decisions.
Everyone assumes you're doing fine, but inside you're still finding your feet.
You want to feel excited about the future, but you're not quite there yet.
You don't have to be experiencing all these things. And you certainly don't need to have a plan.
You just need to be ready to spend some time thinking about yourself.
Introducing Starting Again
Starting Again is my four-session coaching programme for women navigating life after divorce.
Four private coaching sessions over six weeks
Online, with flexible scheduling
£295 one-off cost
Over four sessions, we'll look at where you are now, what you want to change and how you can begin moving forward.
The programme combines reflection with practical action, so you leave with more than a collection of interesting thoughts.
What we'll explore
Session 1: Where are you now?
We'll look at what's changed, how you're feeling about your life and what you'd most like to get from coaching.
Session 2: Getting to know yourself again
We'll explore your identity beyond your marriage, the things that matter to you and what you might want more of in your life.
Session 3: Building confidence and exploring possibilities
We'll look at what's affecting your confidence, challenge some of the assumptions you may be making about yourself and consider what could be possible.
Session 4: Making it happen
We'll turn your ideas into realistic next steps, so you have something practical to work towards once our sessions finish.
What could change?
By the end of our time together, you may feel more confident making decisions, have a stronger sense of what matters to you and be ready to make changes you've been putting off.
That might mean exploring new interests, thinking differently about relationships, making changes at work, becoming more independent or simply feeling more comfortable in your own company.
There's no prescribed version of what life after divorce should look like. The point is to work out what you want yours to look like.
Your investment
The price for Starting Again is £295 for four private coaching sessions, arranged flexibly over six weeks.
