Should I work with a coach or a therapist?

One of the most common questions I am asked is what's the difference between therapy and coaching. Many of the women I work with know what therapy is and many have been recommended to use it to recover from their relationship break-up but many are unaware of coaching and how it might be an alternative to therapy.

Here are a few ways in which coaching differs from therapy:

Focusing on the future: Coaching is all about setting goals and creating a roadmap for your future. It helps you identify where you want to go and provides guidance to get there.

Empowerment: Coaching empowers you to take control of your life, rebuild your confidence, and move forward with purpose.

Goal Achievement: Whether you're looking to redefine your career, rediscover your passions, or build healthier relationships, coaching equips you with the strategies and tools to achieve your objectives.

Accountability: A coach serves as a source of accountability, helping you stay on track and make progress towards your goals.

Positive Focus: Coaching fosters a positive and growth-oriented mindset. It's designed to help you embrace your strengths and work towards a brighter future.

So, if you're navigating life after breakup and seeking support, coaching can be a valuable option to consider.

I offer all potential clients a free 15 min call to talk about coaching and how it might help them. Send me a DM to book.
